Since 2015, I've followed my calling to support children, families, and couples as a psychotherapist.

These specifically designed programs guide you kindly and lovingly through an awakening to your spirit/soul/essence/magnificence.
These programs are designed with you at heart, as we join together so it is not a lonely experience.
So that a dark night of the soul, is light shining through the dark to alleviate the fear of the darkness and shadows.
So that the depth of wisdom, knowledge, and healing is as expansive as possible as I hold the awakening journey in its highest vibration and draw forward with you the needed energy, wisdom, and knowledge.
So that the precipice does not lead to frozen terror but rather to enlightened and empowered action, knowledge, energy, healing, and growth.

One of my programs is for you if:

* You're an empath who’s absorbed the world leaving no space for your own self and energy,

* You’re a great parent to ND kiddos functioning from an overwhelmed problem-solving head, and little energy for heart-connected decisions and space for yourself,

* You’re consumed by big emotions (grief, anxiety, depression) which is restricting you being present and engaged in all that life has to offer,

* Physical aches and pains pulling you down into the heaviness of being in a human body leaving you with limited capacity to Be All of who you are, transcending the pain.

* You’re living an amazing life, achieving goals and dreams, having beautiful holidays which you feel you are watching from above and waiting for the next thing, never being fully present or deeply in the heart happy moments,

* Know you’re a soul having a human experience who is desiring to step more deeply/fully/completely into this life with all the wisdom and resources waiting for you across timelines, parallel lives, realms, and dimensions where your magnificence, guides, ancestors and Universal supporters are eagerly awaiting You.

* Someone knowing there is more to who they are and are questioning their path and purpose, thanks to universal and soul nudges to expand and/or because life has thrown curve balls and connected to more than this human experience is necessary for healing and growth.

Intensive One-on-One

While my programs contain lots of one-on-one expansive sessions, this offering is as unique as you gloriously are. This work is deep and intense as you're held in the knowing of your magnificence and that everything you need and desire is waiting for you. I help you find it.

These can be as little as three sessions to a full year of expansive care and support.

In addition to co-creating your awakening with the universe, you and I co-create exactly what's needed for you to embody and live from your magnificence.

This is really for those in the depths of an awakening without guidance or support.

My name is Jessie

My heart and soul are here to care for you.

I empower relationships, foremost the one you have with yourself and how this ripples out to others and vice versa. When I feel into what 'ourselves' comprises of, I'm referring to:

Body (inclusive of paternal and maternal lineage, how you are valuing and respecting your body, how is your body trying to communicate with you),

Conditioning (beliefs, sense of self, mental and emotional health, our mind), and

Soul (parallel lives, soul contracts, soul lineage, ancient wisdom, karmic learnings).

My intention is to empower and expand you in remembering your own healing wisdom, and deepening your connection to your intuition, ancestors, guides, etc. as you embody your most magnificent life, thanks to your awakening.
